Time for another OreKehStrah resource drop.
I genned this several months ago and sent in the square-1 server, but forgot to put on here and other places for people outside the server.
This alg set is for the Lin method as the title says. The way it works is that the solver would have the option to build the second block + DB such that the 2 corners are swapped. This gives the solver more options for SB which enables better SB efficiency as well as more options for things like SBEC, RSB, etc. The solver would then use an alg to solve the rest of the puzzle. The name PCS+1 is short for PLL Corners Swapped +1. The name and concept is inspired by Mehta’s PLLCS and Athefre’s ACMLL idea respectively.
Here is a link to the alg sheet I made. I should note that while I’m not bad at squan, I’m not good by modern standards so I cannot promise the algs are optimized in any way. The sheet has both odd and even slice algs for equator control, sq1optim codes for anyone who wants to optimize the algs, and indicators for recommend 2look algs if someone just wanted to learn CPDF-CS to capitalize on lucky cases without learning the full set. One final note is that I did not include square-1 PLLCS as this can be found in PBL docs that already exists as the ()/pJ set of 22 cases.
