Make sure you set it up well, otherwise, it won't be good. Mystic and DNM work well with the cube. Angstrom setup makes the cube feel weird, for some reason. Also good, but kind of weird.

Did you, like, get a new megaminx? or are you trying to break a certain barrier, like 1 minute?

so uh i kinda didnt post mains and goals this time bc i forgot but im gonna post them now even tho the comps already over bc its kind of a tradition

Mains and Goals for SacCubing XV 2023:

3x3: Sub 7.5 Average (PR), Sub 6 Single (PR)
Cube: Angstrom Gan 12 M Maglev

4x4: PR Average, PR Single
Cube: Angstrom Yj Mgc

5x5: Sub 1:15 Average (PR), Sub 1:10 Single (PR)
Cube: Angstrom Yj Mgc

Did well in 3x3, got a 6.02 PR Single (although I failed a really good average in R2, watch the video here). I popped off in 4x4, got a 35 PR average and a 31 PR Single. 5x5 was bad but 3x3 and 4x4 both make up for it

Strange comp. I got a 7.68 3x3 PR average on the most mid scramble set ever which is cool, but idk what happened in the next two rounds. Scrambles were really nice in R2 and especially in finals, but I just couldn't solve.
For 4x4, I hadn't really practiced so I didn't really expect much. In the first round I got a 39 average, which was actually a 37 average but my fourth solve (a 33) was misentered as a 39, and they couldn't change it because I didn't have a a video. Finals wasn't great in general.

Yeah don't sign unless the writing is unambiguous. I learnt it the hard way as well (although it wasn't very hard, it was just skewb)

For the cross +1, I do try to do that, although sometimes I forget to. Is it worth it to predict first pair if the cross is a lot of moves/harder than usual?
