I'm shocked. So this is an even cheaper and lighter version of the new Moyu AI cube, which I described earlier. 65g is amazing for a smartcube.

The price... 😱

The new Dayan Guhong M Pro is just around the corner. Available in 3 sizes, each with spring or Maglev, they look very interesting because of the new Maglev design. A smaller magnetic ring is pushed progressively inside a bigger outer one to provide the repulsive force. That's is said to provide a more even effect. Intriguing. I particularly like the smaller size, light weight and the quietness that Dayan cubes are well known for, but not the oiliness. 😆

Size ... 54mm 55mm 56mm

Spring 65g 74g 69g

Maglev 67g 76g 78g

This has already been posted in the upcoming puzzles thread, rather then duplicate info it might be better to keep it in the upcoming puzzle thread instead of constantly trying to resurrect this dead proxy thread.

Despite not liking the initiative and the existence of this thread, I think members are free to post here, and this is not a dead thread as ppl are willing to post thing here(even if that's just proxy). So let us(those who dont like this thread) just ignore here and move on.

This thread is not supposed to exist, so let’s just leave it alone and stop bumping it up again, shall we?

Are there others besides me who are only interested in 3x3 cubes, who find it too much to have to scan through many posts about 4x4, clocks, and other puzzles in the other thread?

There are members who totally not interested in 3x3, but they read that thread everyday without complaining, so I dont see why we need to have a separate thread here for the 3x3ers. Really that thread is fulled of 3x3 contents.

Then those members can just ignore this thread.

This cube has quite a few selling points, for those who like them

1. Glossy finish
2. Low price
3. Easy adjustment (without tools)
4. For the Maglev versions, the novel ring-in-ring design
5. And a 54mm size.

All versions come with "Ball Core". The adjustment is apparently only for axis distance (5 settings). It is not known yet how or if this affects the distance between the 2 ring magnets. In other words, we don't know whether elasticity is changed by axis distance adjustments.

Ball Core is now available for basic cubes, finally. Remember Moyu tried to make Ball Core only available if you also get Maglev, and sometimes (V9) only if you also get UV?

i mean despite so much 3x3 they never requested a separated thread for non 3x3.
i don’t like this thread, at the same time i don’t mind this thread.
after all i am not the contributor for this info other than occasionally translating them.

So update it however you like, ignore the haters, but whenever anyone of you repeatedly justifying about the existence of this thread, i will just steer the wind again and make this thread “should we have a separate thread for X” instead.
