I think it's time to kill this debate. He did exactly what we requested for proof with mistakes and all, so this is getting ridiculous. Yes he cheated in the past, and yes this will certainly affect people's trust for awhile. He can show us at his next comp what he averages like @qwr mentioned. We'll see then--there's nothing more to do now and it's all a waste of time trying to hyperanalyze his results at home. I honestly believe that though he cheated in the past and may have things to learn with scrambling and accuracy handling cubes, he very well could be telling the truth with what he currently averages overall. It's valid to have suspicion following cheating, which is a valuable lesson learned, but the video demonstrates that compared to his official average from a few months ago, he has improved astronomically. Also consider that he may very well be practicing nonstop. I understand that people say he might have practiced the scrambles, but in the end, who cares? What if he didn’t? What if he is that fast? People don't need to respect past bad decisions, but we can move forward and respect that he did choose to show multiple solves on camera under specific conditions. I too didn't believe anything for a very long time and also called him out, but it's time to move on. The personal attacks on spelling and such need to stop too--it's unkind to judge someone over that. This is the last thing I'm posting on the situation.
