I Became A Sub 10 Cuber (Not Really Tho)

You dropped an 8.5 average in the subsets comp for last slot+last layer which suggests that in this avg you solved cross+F2L in about 1.4 on average.
He's got a point there

I just asked people on the general chat in the WCA forum if its possible what swagrid just said (1.5 cross + f2l for sub 10 ao5)

Heres the first response i got. its just impossible for 1.5 f2l and cross

we have discussed about this in your progression thread, someone got official scrambles, and you will show the scrambles. and the cube and then solve.

if you have done that. we might trust you so much more

According to your initial message, of which I took a screenshot of, (so no editing the message) it took you a considerable amount of time to complete each of your solves.

It says it took you 3 minutes between solve 1 and 2, 6 minutes between solve 2 and 3, 52 minutes between solve 3 and 4, and 45 seconds between solve 4 and 5.

That is very inconsistent and suggests you faked your times.

Never knew about those time stamps. But brilliant analysis. Also, why are we here again :(

My fperm plus recognition = 4-5
Uperm plus recognition = 1.5-2.5
If your Fperm is. 4 to 5 seconds, even with recognition, there is no way you can be near sub 10. F perm is a t perm with a few extra moves, should be one of your faster PLLs. So yes, you have just proved that you faked everything

Dont trust me idrc everyone says do this do that show proof i have MANY TIMES STILL U ARE ALL IN DISBELIEF but u dont trust me

Adding on to this post, here is the math behind the odds of that occurring:

1/216 (odds of OLL skip) + 1/72 (odds of PLL skip) + 1/15552 (odds of LL skip) = About a 1/54 chance of getting a skip

Using a binomial distribution calculator, the odds of getting a skip more than 3 times over the course of 5 solves is a one in 57 million chance.

Yes, a one in 57 million chance.

Oh and did I mention that you also have to be around sub 10 pace for the entire rest of the 4 solves?
Ok, so this is all wrong.

I was assuming that they got 4 skips in that average, which is so unlikely it most likely won't happen.

Of course, they'd have to lose more time in other areas, and not by getting a skip every time.

My bad.

I am editing the cideo
The initial idea was that you would have a one-take, unedited video where you show you scrambling the cube and then showing us the scramble. Truthfully, I don't particularly care either way, since this in no way affects me. I'm just honestly trying to help your case by giving a completely neutral means of showing proof in its entirety. If you're telling the truth, then this will prove to everyone once and for all that you're as fast as you say.

Regardless, I for one at least appreciate the effort to demonstrate your times. JDAW, if your times are above 10 seconds (or even 12, 13, 14), you'll still be respected for showing genuine solves.

It is unedited actually my software had problems also the video is out on another thread

Okay, I believe you since it's near impossible to fake a one-take. Thanks for clarifying.
I know I have seen a video once, years ago, but the editing was near spot on and it looked like a one-take
My iphone 6’s small screen is hard to work with and i was just using the edit feature on the appl photos app
So you weren't having software issues, you were struggling with the hardware, and the small size

Ik and also BIG THANKS for being the only person who was being reasonable in this predicament and not just spamming memes and making me feel bad
Never said anything about it, just was asking about the stuff you were struggling with to maybe try to help troubleshoot.
However, if its just a small screen, and everything else is working fine, I can't do much about it
