Upcoming puzzles

You are just selfish.
The point isn't to have non-WCA there, the point is to NOT have them here.
Right now the thread is 90% 3x3s, and it's hard to find information about other puzzles (both non-3x3 WCA and non-WCA). If all the stuff about upcoming 3x3s is in one thread then anybody who wants that information will be able to find it, and anybody who wants just the other stuff will be able to find that here if it's not hidden amongst all the 3x3 information. If wanting it to work better is selfish then that's fine, but I want to to work better for everybody including myself.

It just not make sense if a thread called "Upcoming puzzles" doesn't actually include any form of 3x3s, unless you yourself don't do 3x3 at all. However, there are actually quite a number of cubers who don't really do non-WCA puzzles that much, and for those who are interested in non-WCA puzzles as well like I do, it would be a lot easier to search for those puzzles.

Let's have non-WCA puzzles here: https://www.speedsolving.com/threads/upcoming-non-wca-puzzles.90554/

it's hard to find information about other puzzles
The info here barely introducing the puzzle, any youtuber's review will be better than here, or the promo video from each company.
So, if you want to buy a new puzzle, check your favourite local/web store's site and sort by newest, not here.

I just don't see the point "finding info" here:
1. if the info here is incomplete
2. if you can't get the puzzle from your source

So I just simply glance through this thread and maybe stop for a second or two when I see a picture/photo.
I suggest others do this too if you are bothered by the text/discussion/forum.

I don't find it hard..?

1. Just take a quick scroll of the thread

2. Ask for a summsry of recent non-wca puzzles

3. Ctrl + F

This is an *upcoming puzzles thread* we have never had this issue until now and you are just creating more needless issues. Stop being pedantic and lets drop this.

Just use CRTL+F. I for on
In order for CTRL+F to be an effective solution you would need a consistent word or phrase. "3x3" might work, and if I wanted information on a specific puzzle I could search for "GAN 14" or something like that. But if somebody puts out a new Curvy Copter, or ghost megaminx, or 6x6x7 cuboid, or a new 5x5 or 6x6, I want to know about that but I wouldn't know what to search for. That's the whole point of this thread: to provide information and build hype around new puzzles that people wouldn't otherwise know to look for. Since the vast majority of new puzzles are 3x3s, separating them into their own thread would make information about all of the other puzzles digestible without meaningfully affecting the information about 3x3s. There are few enough new non-3x3 WCA puzzles that the information about them will be lost in an "upcoming WCA puzzles" thread.

Nonsense. Let's stop "playing the harp to a cow".

It's really not nonsense, separating information about 3x3 releases would actually improve the user experience both for people who are interested in new 3x3s and for people who are not. No other one puzzle or subgroup of puzzles has enough releases to justify its own thread, but 3x3s do.

Looks like Samuel Lai is already selling corner core kits for the YJ mini 4x4. This is his personal cube where he added repelling magnets to the hidden edges, but it does a good job of showing his core magnetization mechanism. Seems a lot like the Cuber's Home kits. He doesn't seem to have a storefront to buy these from, but if you message him on Instagram I think you can get your core magnetized mini 4x4 to be a reality. He also goes by Lai S Cuber on YouTube and has a few interesting videos on modifications of puzzles.

Not exactly a new puzzle, I know, but relevant to recent discussion in this thread.
Yey he agreed to make one for me and I will meet him in September in a comp in Singapore

ShengShou 2x2
It's 49mm and it turns really nice. A bit catchy but it's light and swishy. Might be a 2x2 to consider buying. It comes in matte, don't know if there'll be any coating options. It has the "YuFeng" style logo present on their 3x3. It has corner to core, edge to corner feet, and standard 2x2 magnets. Definitely nice to see good cubes from ShengShou.
It’s on Cubezz right now
