6/10, too many rotations, fast yet inefficient turning.20230310_223034.mp4

It just takes time for everybody to respondWhy does this happen to me everytime i post a thread?Only 1 or 2 people reply to my thread everytime. Was this forum made to help each other or for any purpose?( no offense ).
Yeah i have been trying to decrease rotations for a long time but don't know how to. Could you suggest? It would be nice if you could provide a reconstruction, as it is hard to catch exactly what is going on in the solve with just a video (especially since it is facing the opposite way). It looked like a pretty standard solve. The cross solution looked pretty long. You should consider improving lookahead during F2L - you didn't have much flow in your solve. This comes mostly from practice, though. For your last 2 pairs, you solved the orange-blue pair first, which led to 2 rotations, but I saw that the orange-green pair was quite nice and rotationless, so perhaps you could focus on recognizing and solving pairs that can be solved without rotations first.
Doing slow solvesYeah i have been trying to decrease rotations for a long time but don't know how to. Could you suggest?
Try to use less rotations in F2L, otherwise good solve.20230310_223034.mp4

In terms of active practice, I think that you could try forcing yourself to find oriented F2L edges instead of going for the first pair you see. It will likely be slower at the start, but it could help you break the habit.Yeah i have been trying to decrease rotations for a long time but don't know how to. Could you suggest?
