I have been using my Tengyun M 3x3 as a co~main all this time since it came out, but usually as 2nd fiddle since I find the magnets to be a bit weaker than I'd like..
So I want to stack some 3x1mm magnets into the pieces. . .

But at a loss as to how to safely take the pieces on this particular puzzle apart without breaking anything

Anyone have any good info, advice, tips, hints, anecdotes??? TIA 🙏

I stacked ring magnets in the corners. I used 6-3*3 ring magnets. This definitely make the cube more stable but also make it heavier.
I tried putting normal circular magnets in my tengyun but I don't think it made a difference. Where did you get the ring magnets?

I got them for maglev before but found those only worked with my square-1s but mot my megaminxes. I ended up with doing spring swap on my yuhu v2 and got some of those magnets left sitting around in my room. Not sure why but as the edge to corner magnets on the tengyun v1 are ring magnets instead of disc magnets, these magnets fit perfectly into my tengyun v1. What disc magnets did you use?
