I learned from this one:

and this video:
Video

Using both (the video helped a lot!) I came down to averaging a minute in a week or so. Once I got serious, I got sub-30 with LBL within about a month. I then switched to F2L and now average sub-20 (barely)

T-Perm for Corners has the advantage that there is only one. With the A-Perm you learn only one variation in the beginning, so you have to do it twice if it is on the wrong side.
to solve with A perm is the same thing if you think in terms of swapping a pair of unpermuted corners

in this case the unsolved pair is on the left (ignore the unmatching f2l)

so you should somehow be able to do this (in this case the alg will also affect edges because of parity)

if you think in terms of just one correctly permuted corner you will need cw and ccw a perms OR then simply doing a U2 to setup for the other direction of the triangulation (ccw to cw and vice versa)

in the next case you got the blue orange corner solved and ccw A perm but with a U2 the solved corner becomes green orange and the direction of the A perm becomes cw

but the first method I mentioned is far superior

My first method was a method that my dad made when he was a kid.
Basically just LBL but before solving the second layer, you do CP.
