The most annoying thing for me was getting a 7-move skewb solution in competition and DNFing a 1.5 because it was two moves from being solved (I stopped the timer too early). What was even more annoying is that if I had even just +2'ed it I would've podiumed.

Nope, I just found other things to do. But, I was spending some time working on learning new methods (I think I was working on blind and l4e for pyra).
Haha, on that note, they just took my cubes away again (I didn't even do anything wrong other than playing with them for longer than they want). Luckily I've learned since last time, so at least I have a pyraminx and 3x3.
So, getting cubes taken away is definitely one of the most annoying things.

I usually can cube as long as I want (I usually practice 2-3 hours a day) as long as I have all A's/A+'s, which is not hard for me.

I do have straight A's. The time where they were taken away for a month was because I got a B in one class (they claimed it was taking too much time away where I could have studied, but I don't study anyway so that's ridiculous).

That's the most relatable thing ever. My parents are mad when I have B's and then blame it on cubing, and when I tell them I haven't studied they blame it on cubing, even though I never studied even before I started cubing.

Which grade are you in? It is just because if your in high school I can understand why it would be difficult.
