what puzzle do i learn first?

For Sq-1, there theoretically does exist a Layer-By-Layer Beginner method. But I have only heard of two people that started with it. Almost all users jump straight into either Vandenbergh or Lin.

Squab is the only important event anyway.

I have a sub 20 single, and know 2 look oll, and 2 look pll. What alg set, or skill should I learn next?

I would also recommend PLL and probably some easy OLL cases.
There are some OLL, where you already know the alg an just have to do them in the right orientation of the cube.

Basically all in the sexyMove category here

so basically i have all wca puzzles except clock

but i am bad and sometimes i don’t even know how to solve some of the puzzles

i only know 3x3

what’s easy and maybe i could learn and get fast at first?
You can never go wrong learning 2x2, it's fast and easy. Pyraminx is by far the easiest to learn and get faster at, and other than that Skewb is pretty simple but not as fun as the other two in my opinion.

If you know 3x3, you should be able to figure 2x2 by yourself, since that's just like solving the corners of 3x3. You might find it hard at first from the lack of center acting as a reference, but you may consider any random piece as solved and use it as reference instead. BTW, I don't know which method you use for the 3x3 (layer by layer, probably?), but regardless which one you must solve the corners at some point, so voilà, you also know how to solve the 2x2. Pyra should also be somewhat feasible to figure out, specially if you know the sledge hammer maneuver. And even if you don't figure it out, you might ending solving it "by accident" (i.e., solving it without realizing how you did it)
