Sub 20 avg advice needed

I find myself a good cuber with my best 3x3 time being 13 seconds, but my overall average being 26 seconds. I need help and advice so I can figure out how to get a sub 20 average.
'Good cuber' '26 seconds'
I know JPerm, and I already tried his F2L video, but it didn't work out, because it didn't make sense. So I basically taught myself F2L, but I'm not sure if it is the best way to do it. If i'm lucky, it only takes about 12 seconds, if not, F2L takes about 16.
If it doesn't make sense, learn it again, as that is the easiest and best way to do f2l. Although at your speed you should watch his advanced f2l tutorial and learn the best way to solve each f2l pair (you can do it when closing your eyes)

Oh ok. Also, I know that I'm not FAST... but I'm also not slow, too.

Tap your channel profile picture on the top right, then click something like 'managing videos' (probably not literally 'managing videos' because my yt is dutch and this is a rough translation of what mine says), then click on the 3 dots on the right of the video you want to set private, click edit, click visibility, set to private or unlisted or whatever.

This is on mobile, but i believe on a computer it's the same.

Okay. I will do this at 2:00, American time, because this is when I finish school.
