I can use K4 method, and my average is not that slower than my ordinary solves.(I use my own method, which is mix between yau and hoya. But I'm gonna switch to yau)
I think K4 is not that bad method. the cross of the yau and hoya can be applied(which makes lot more faster I think), F3L is rotationless, lookahead is just awesome, movecount is efficient, CLL algs are not that much, and ELL can be pretty fast if you have a great understanding of commutator.

Then what is the reason that almost no people use K4 as their main method?

Good question. I'd say it's probably the ELL part. I played with it for a while and always sat staring at the cube for eternity when I got to that point.

Time to look at K4 again.

For the same reason that most people use CFOP and not Roux or ZZ- redux is simple, fairly effective and doesn't require knowledge of stuff such as comms etc.

But most of all cause everyone else uses Yau rather than the other methods.
