Want to Organize official WCA competition in SoCal

Well if you want it to be official you have to get a WCA delegate. There's no way around it.

I haven't gotten a message from all FOUR SoCal delegates since May. Only one even responded.

Timeline:

April 26: I message
May 2: They give me some documents and ask me where I live.
May 4: I respond

Staffing is being an official staff member for the competition, making sure it runs well, but not doing any of the organizing work.

Also, Matthew is in the Midwest rn I think.
