if its random then how do you scramble all for sure 100%?
some would get resolved, and if u DIDNT and made sure they all got scrambled, then you would KNOW how to solve them then.....
because face it, twist one tip twice, then you know you only have to do one more to solve it. so say scramble it like l l you know you only have to do l to solve again so whats the point of inspection??

I thought I wrote it pretty clearly, but Jai understood my point.
It can be random:
1.
generate a 4 number sequence that can be either 0 or 1 for each digit. Let the first number be u, 2nd be l, 3rd be b, 4th be r. 0= cw turn, 1= ccw turn.

2.
just randomly turn with your hands. look down to see if all tips are scrambled. If not, scramble again.

inspection is only 5 seconds, it's there so that you can plan out your hand motions or if you use a letter system like I do sometimes. (I memo W=u, R=r, L=l, B=b) o=no turn, i=ccw, a=cw)
If your solve is u l' b, I sometimes memo "walibaro" or just "waliba." I tried it for a while, then I went back to visually correcting them at the end without memo.
