Hello, I've been trying to solve the 4x4 Rubik's cube for some time now, but I can't figure it out. I know only how to solve the 2x2, 3x3, and Pyraminx. I was just wondering if anyone could give any tips or name a few efficient solving methods.

I learned how to solve it by just doing centers, doing edges completely scattered and resolving centers after each edge, and 3x3. The only algs you need are the flipping algorithm(R' F R F' R U' R' is the better one), OLL parity, and PLL parity
and learn the color scheme

there is a beginners method and the yau method (im not sure if theres more). you could just search up on youtube or use cubeskill pdf which is made by feliks.

Ah yes, the old 4x4.
I highly recommend this video from J Perm. It teaches you how to solve the 4x4 with little prior knowledge. I hope that helps!

I used the jperm video to learn 4x4, the only problem is the algorithm that he has on the screen is wrong. It has been a while since I had watched it. I had it worked out. The speed cubers website has a list on 4x4 algorithms, just use that list instead of the ones that jperm uses. Good luck
