For all you wierd people who dont drink glue on a regular basis and hate pineapple pizza, glue has a thick smooth consistency. It tastes like burnt rubber bands and heavy pool chlorine.

Ok in all seriousness now, didn't Lukas Etter get Arthritis from cubing?

My doctor told me not to drink lube anymore. :( But you were right it tastes like mild unleaded gasoline and clear Elmers glue.

I have legitimate pain in my hands from my desk job. I often spend 10+ hours a day clicking and holding a mouse or punching a pencil when doing hand calculations (Well off 1st world person problems I know). It really wasn’t an issue until a few years ago but at that point I’d been doing this consistently for over 10 years.

FWIW I noticed this issue when cubing or playing guitar. Cubing might not be the cause but an activity to highlights some other underlying finger/hand/forearm weakness/trouble you may have.

This is sort of a random reference but this routine I used to use for guitar finger dexterity has also benefited my fingers & wrists for cubing.

It depends. I do 100 solves or more a day. There was a time I couldn't practice for while because I was about to get carpel tunnel if I kept it up. I also tore that thick muscle below your thumb once when trying to get a PB. If your talking about mental health it also depends. Sometimes I get really disappointed and upset when I do bad solves all day. I do really bad at comps and I feel horrible after almost every como I've been to
