I would list a left hand M version of the z perms

R3 = Regrip. R' isn't bad even though it leads to a soft regrip.
How about this 7 move beauty for the "Zed" perm:

The whole idea of R3 is to avoid a regrip.

Yeah but the whole idea of saving a regrip is to save that 1/10th of a second. R3 takes about the same time as a regrip so it isn't worth it.

That's why R3 = Regrip

My apologies. I thought you meant R3 involves a regrip but you meant = time.

That's why R3 = Regrip

Honestly this alg he posted is actually pretty good, the R3 you just carry with the flow of the motions and you can do this alg pretty fast, it's not OO but it's still good.
