O.K....

so, I'm sub 25, and I'm trying to get sub 15 before summer 2021.
I do full OLL and PLL
I'll try to post ao12s as much as possible.
Also, I'll put some filmed solves up.

please share tips for getting faster for me if possible.

Good luck! If you find out your splits by setting multiphase to 4 on cs.timer, then you can figure out what you need to improve on but don't do it for overall practise.

Yeah, and on cubeskills, there is a blog post with a sheet that you can put your split times into and see what you need to work on.

Cubeskills in general, and videos from people like J Perm can be helpful

you didnt have to learn full OLL until you are faster, I reccomend you try to improve your f2l, as that is the most important part of the solve. You learned full OLL anyway so you might as well learn the right algs so you dont have to relearn later on. Make sure your Ol

Bro you should learn OLL/PLL as soon as you're comfortable, wym you shouldn't learn till you're faster

Learning full OLL and PLL early on is good in the long run
OLL is not necessary until sub 20, f2l is more necessary. Learning Full OLL takes 2 months, and all that time could be used also for focusing on F2l. OLL only saves like 1 - 2 seconds, and practicing f2l saves wayyy more.

If you actually commit all your time to OLL learning you can do it in a few days. As it is you can do both at the same time. When I learned full OLL I would do one a day and it took me 3-5 minutes a day.

But the muscle memory of 2-look OLL gets into your head, and it makes it even harder to learn full OLL. Just don't procrastinate and learn full OLL as soon as you are able.

i dont think it will.
Also I notice that you haven't learned full OLL @Nir1213 . I think you can't argue about it being worth it, you wouldn't compare a cube you had tried to one you hadn't, right?
I know but I dont think Full OLL is necessary for people who are averaging over 20 seconds on 3x3 yet.

you would also have to practice those algs to keep them in your brain, so it would take more time really to fully learn full OLL.

I know, but I just think it is not within your bounds to talk about whether full OLL is worth it.
oh well.
key word: long run
isnt f2l more important to do in the long run? Full OLL can come later, but again it isnt my place to talk whether full OLL is worth it anyway, so idk

EDIT: I think now that you should learn full OLL whenever you feel like it, as you can learn it early or later on even, doesnt really hold you back in your times (only a few seconds but when your approching sub 10 it really makes a difference) as you can get really fast without it. But I reccomend you learn it whenever later or early.
Honestly its fine if you learn it early. Nothing will happen if you learn full OLL first then improve f2l, instead of improving f2l first then learning full OLL.
