DiamondGolem's Quest to get gud

ao 1000 is more accurate than ao 100 because there is more solves

In some way is more accurate, but there's people that improve when they aren't timing themselves because they are working on other parts of their solves so when they do timed solves again their average could be lower than the Ao1000. Anyway, this is getting off topic as many people said.

What's much more useful than ZBLL is ROLL recognition, which is what Feliks does and is why he is fast at LL
Feliks does not use ROLL. ROLL is headlight prediction and he only predicts adjacent, diag, solved corners not where the headlights will be.
The problem with ROLL is that unless you use inferior pll's your headlights won't all be in the same place so CP recog is probably better than Roll. Also, his last layer is fast because of his crazy tps and consistency in algs.

CP Recognition and ROLL are the exact same thing except with a different name

No their not. CP recognition is just working out what type of pll you have (adjacent, diag or solved corners) whereas in ROLL you also predict where the headlights will be.

You do the exact same thing!! I use CP recognition. Jayden McNeil explained that they are the same thing in one of his videos. CP recognition is recognizing where your headlights will be, or recognizing if you have a CP or a Diag as well.
