U2 R2 U R2 U2 R' U' R U' R U' R U' R2 U2 R' // 2GLL (16/46)

Fairly average solve (first four step just slightly luckier than usual, quite unlucky 2GLL)

pEO extension explanation:
This one is pretty simple
E' // aligning all three extension pieces in one line
r2 R // connecting them
u // inserting the extension, happens to put a bad edge in UB, which is nice since centres are improper
r // making centres proper and putting an oriented edge in DB

Note that beginning with u' R2 doesn't work so efficiently since the extention will be flipped, so the full solution in that case will have to be
u' R2 // connecting a centre and an edge
U' r2 // flipping the extension while keeping the third piece in the top layer (u' R2 also works)
u2 R' u // finishing extension
r' // since DF is bad and centres are improper (r also works since UB is also bad)
This took 8 moves instead of 5/6, since we had to use 2 moves in flipping the extension.

R2 U' R2 U' R U R' U' R' U' R2 U R2 U2 // 2-gen finish (14/39)

All CP-lines except this one were terrible, bad pEO extension, terrible EOBF; I'm amazed it was only 25 moves to <R,U> reduction without any fancy tricks.
Did tons of fancy tricks in 2gen finish though because I badly wanted the solve to be sub 40.

pEO extension explanation:
Clearly this looks like a terrible case, all piece connected yet misoriented. This will be a really instructive solution.
u R // connecting one of the edges to the centre, ensuring the other edge remains in the top layer. We did u R and not u' R' so that we will not need to flip the extension bar later.
u2 U R // Connecting the other edge.
u' // Placing the extension.
r2 // Centres are proper and we do not know what is in DB yet, so just to be sure that DB is good, we do an r2.
Such a terrible looking case done in 6-7 moves with simple connecting, definitely a worthwhile lesson in pEO extension.

Unluckyish CP-line, okayish extension and EOBF, luckyish F2L, okayish 2GLL.

pEO extension explanation:
R // connect an edge to the centre
u R' U2 // connect the other edge
r2 // centres are proper and UF is good so placing DB right away
R' u2 // inserting extension
There is actually a 6 move pEO extension, however it is quite unintuitive.

This is quite a good case actually.
u2 r // connecting one edge. This is better than R r' since the latter keeps the other edge in the D layer while we want it in the U layer. Also, this puts an oriented edge in DB while making centres proper. Its good to have a habit of checking UB before doing r and DF before doing r' during this step, since if this happens to solve DB, you just have to not use r moves anymore to preserve DB and centres. Note, R r doesn't work so well since we will have to flip the bar at some point.
U' R u' // rest of extention

Average 2 gen reduction with awesome pEO extension, lucky F2L, okay 2GLL.

pEO explanation:
The edges seem really weirdly placed wrt the centre, but look again.
M // Getting the centre to the top to align everything!!
u r' // Connecting one edge (while doing pEO)
R' u // Finishing extension

By the way, here is a 33-mover with the same 2-gen reduction:
