Explanation of pEO extension:
After CP line, the centre is in front, the two edges are in UR and FR.
R' // connects one edge to the centre.
U2 // I intend to push the centre to the D face, then to B face, thus will have 2 Rw moves. The U2 is to ensure that DB is good. You can (probably should) simply do this at the end as well, I put it here to (possibly) save a move and show the numerous possibilities.
r' // Puts the centre in the bottom. Could have put it in top as well, but then the extension would be flipped.
u' // sets up the other edge.
r' u' // forms and inserts the extension.

It isn’t a great case but execution wise this is pretty quick. This is a good resource.

By the way, interesting turn of events that you got this CP-line which is an F2 away from being solved :p

Lucky CP-line and F2L, unlucky EOBF. Kinda cheated in 2GLL to reduce movecount.
Can technically reduce the movecount (HTM by 1, QTM by 2) of BF by doing U r' U' r2 R' U r2 instead of U' r U r U2 r' U2 r2, but this is quite unintuitive.

pEO extension explanation:
With literally a one move CP-line, its easy to see that the DF edge is "misoriented" and the centres are improper (i.e. W/Y are in F/B), so we use the single r' trick.
r' // Placing the DF edge in DB while orienting it, while making centres proper. Now, we need to finish this step using only [R, U, u] to preserve this. Luckily, the red centre gets connected with an FB edge.
R' u R // making the usual setup
U' R u2 // extension. Note that U' r u2 does orient more edges while placing an oriented edge in DB, but it doesn't work since it ruins the centres. This is a common pitfall I am facing while transitioning to the intuitive pEO extension.
