20 isn't slow at all! you really might want to try going to a competition. You don't have to compete, just visit the competition and see if it is something you would have fun competing in. Meeting other cubers is the best part of it.
Thank you!
Welcome also from me, from RLP :)

Have you already seen that today, registration for Cubing Days Esslingen started (visit competition website)? If I'm not mistaken, it's in BW! Coincidence? ;)
Thank you Huba! I know your Videos from YouTube. They are really nice. Hmmmm Esslingen is Not far away... Thank you for the info!
Hello and welcome. I’m from Germany as well and also a lil bit older ;) (28yrs).

Thank you for the good link! My next old cuber goal is blind, But my brain is slow.☹️

Welcome, first rule of speedcubing: Competitions are not just for competing and you should visit one as soon as possible :)
Also there will be one at the hessen Bawü border in mid of april^^
Hmmm the next good Tipp , i Need more time. Hessen is beautiful for a short Trip

Hello from the other siiiiiiiiide
Hi to the other side, sooooo many "other-side-people".
Funny but real fact: in germany "from the other side" means gay.

Hello from jolly ol'-- Oh wait, that's england...
G'day from down--No, that's Australia...

Hello from America!-- Yes, that's it.
Hello to america, the land of cubers

I'm 53 with a global mean in 3x3x3 of 30+ and have registered for Esslingen yesterday. Do you think I should cancel the registration?
Oh, by the way: according to Logiqx I'm not the only 40+ there :p
I've added a page to the senior rankings, listing future competitions with senior competitors registered. Hopefully it will prove useful to people attending competitions and especially newcomers who might not know any of our little community. If you meet anybody who isn't on the list then it's also a great opportunity to share the group details! The registrations pages will be refreshed several times a week.

Absolutely not! Comps are great fun, no matter the age. When I went to one there was Feliks getting sub-7s, and other getting 1:20s! You will be able to try out new cubes, socialise with other people (cuber dads and mums and other 40+ cubers)!
