It's the virtual cube in cstimer, it's modeled after the hi-games.net cube, which is probably what you're thinking of, which isn't so popular anymore because they require java to be installed on your computer, which is considered to be not very secure these days.
I used to do the typing test and the tetris game, but i wasn't into the cubes that much. There used to be people who were crazy good at it though

I don't think you can customize the controls and colors like you can with hi-games, unfortunately.
