I have ideas for a perfect high layers puzzle and a an oh cube also turning like a 3x3.

As in you know how to do it, or you would like it to be done? If you know how to do it, please elaborate. If you want it to be done, then A) join the club, and B) we've actually got some pretty darn good big cube hardware already, especially magnetic big cubes.
I'm also not sure what you mean by an oh cube turning like a 3x3. Most OH cubes are 3x3s already.
