How to get sub 20 on Square 1?

I have been doing Square 1 for a while, and I am having trouble breaking the sub 20 barrier (I average mid to low-20s). I have gotten sub 20 solves before and I have even gotten a sub 20 average, but I just can't consistently average sub 20. I know advanced cubeshape (scallop/kite) and I even know some specialized cases. I almost know all the eo algorithms and I know all the cp algorithms. Is there anything I'm missing?

Do you know the trick for mis aligning before your do CP to get better EP cases sometimes? Also I'd recommend watching Brandon Lins video on EP algs every solver should do
