Trying to Get Sub 20 on Square 1!!

So I’ve been solving square 1 for 2 months now, and I’m averaging about 20 seconds with Vandenbergh. I know full CO and Eo, as well as a whole bunch of EPS.(Adj-Adj, Opp-Opp, U perms, Z and H perms, etc.). I use intermediate cube shape, and in a usual solve I’m happy if I solve cube shape in under 5 seconds. For parity I usually just do the closest Ep case to the parity case I have and then do Adj. parity. Any suggestions on getting consistently under 20 seconds?
