My friend Alex wrote up the universal declaration of cube rights:

it is henceforth declared that all twisty puzzles everywhere have the rights declared in this declaration.

1) no fully or partially working cube may be thrown away, the parent/ guardian must make sure they are fully cared for.
2) all cubes over the age of 18 days have the right to vote and take part in the democratic process, and for their views to be taken seriously
3) all cubes have the right to be legally represented in court if one or more of these rights is abused or ignored
4) all cubes have the right to declare their thoughts and opinion without fear of retribution.
5) no cube may be sold, owned or bought by another person or cube.
6) all cubes have the right to be paid at least £6.50 an hour, whether they are being used or not.
7) no cube may be turned, cleaned, tensioned or lubricated unless done by a qualified doctor and performed with full anaesthetic
8) every cube under the age of 18 days has the right to free, quality education, which must include: English, Mandarin, Maths, Physics, P.E and Art

I do believe that the intention was that all twisty puzzles of all colours , shapes and shades of colours are subject if the declaration were carried out
