this thread just disappeard so I remade it, (if you have a reason for deleting this thread please tell me that you have deleted it and why).

this originated in the thread ∞ signs you've been cubing too long
in the WCA (world cube association) there is no significantly time consuming event in the WCA with MBLD (multiple [3x3x3s] blindfolded) taking the longest.

5BLDWOF (5x5x5 blindfolded with one foot) would make a very skill based and interesting event to add to the WCA and would also be the most time consuming event meaning the competitors not competing in 5BLDWOF would have significantly more time to practice.

5BLDWOF would also make way for even more interesting events as people could do other cubes with other limbs blindfolded as well

5BLDWOF would also mix the skills necessary from 5BLD with feet solving.

it is completely possible to solve a 5x5x5 with one foot, it just requires a lot of patience and most likely something to align the cube on and potentially something to prevent layers from moving unless toes can be used.

I think OH is the bld limit and I really doubt that becoming an event

Get a lot of people to start doing it unofficially and maybe then one day the WCA cares to listen to this. And I am quite sure change.org is not the proper way to petition anything to the WCA.

There was a kilominx (kibiminx to make @DGCubes Happy) petition on there so it could work but it all seriousness I want to see how many people would sign for an event like this that could obviously not be implemented or is very unlikely to be.
