I am working on 3x3 for 4 weeks. I could solve it finally at the end of first week. Since then, everyday I have solved the cube again and again, I have been practicing. But still I spend 1 minute for f2l, 20-30 seconds for cross. I could not get faster. So here I need your opinion, Should I accept the fact that I am idiot and stop struggling , or, Should I use other technics methods etc. to improve myself ?

Just practise. When I was first starting out, it took me like 2:30 minutes. Now I average 40 seconds (still not that good :p) and my PB is 31.xx seconds. Slowly, you'll get faster at the cross. Know this too, blue is opposite green, red is opposite orange, this may hep you do the cross faster. You will get better overtime but practice is VERY IMPORTANT.

Just out of curiosity, how many solves are you doing a day? Because if you find time for 20-25 solves a day (about an hour of dedicated practice) you'll be easily under a minute within two or three more weeks.

All it takes is practice.

sometimes more than 25

I've been cubing for about 1.5-2 months and I started out super slow too, but I'll tell you what really helped improve my times:
- Watch a youtube video explaining fingertricks and learn how to turn the cube that way, it is much much much faster than wrist turns
- Watch a youtube video explaining cross techniques. There are a lot of ways to do your cross quicker that aren't obvious when you first start out.
- Get to know the color schem on your cube better. Memorize which colors are opposite of which, and for a given color, memorize which colors are left and right of it.
- Make a quick reference sheet for your last layer algs. If you can't remember some of them or don't know certain ones yet, refer to the sheet during the solve.
- Practice your last layer algs on their own to speed them up, and improve recognition. You can use cstimer.net or various phone/tablet apps to generate scrambles that preserve the F2L and will give you random last layer states.
- Just practice solving as much as you can. F2L will improve dramatically as you being to recognize various setups.
- Watch some F2L walkthroughs and some videos about advanced F2L techniques on youtube. Seeing the approach that fast cubers take when they are going through F2L can really open your eyes to things you are doing wrong.

When I first started out it took me nearly a month to average down to a minute, then all of the sudden I got a time jump down to 40 in a couple days. If you stick with it you'll be down way under a minute before you know it. Watch AS MANY YouTube tip videos as you can, because there are numerous things you can work on that will shed a lot of time off of your solves.
