[Help Thread] Dayan Zanchi Stickers Peeling

Hi all,

I just bought my first cube (Dayan Zanchi) last week off eBay and already, the stickers are peeling. I'm paranoid that I bought a fake. My friend who's relatively experienced said that it seemed legit, but he didn't know why it peeled. Here's the link to the item:

I did get the seller to refund half of the money. How long do cubes normally last?

Also, I'm looking into getting a new cube. I've heard different opinions on beginners cubes. Should I get a fast cube or a slow one to work on my accuracy?

For your first question, normally a cube can last for about 2 or 3 years and then it begin to get worse. Then I think you should get a slow cube if you are a beginner and want to practice your accuracy and finger trick, and a fast one if you are good enough.
