This thread is basically to discuss any discussion that the community feels need to be explored in more detail.

In opposition to the New Method/Concept/Substep thread, these do not have to necessarily be new nor do they have to be explored by the proposer and can be for any puzzle, for any method, for any discipline.

In essence, this thread is to gauge what needs exploring or what odd concepts can be exploited.

Feel free to also post any weird observations you make about puzzles as well.

As a start, here are a few that I feel need more exploring:

PCMS
2-gen solving
Centre orientation on big cubes
Eo on Megaminx
2-gen Megaminx
Alternative Megaminx LL
Cubeshape last SQ-1

I like this idea. Hopefully it will expand the knowledge of the community.

I think that big cube direct solving methods (such as K4) need to be explored a lot, especially last layer, since there had to be a better way to do it than corners then commutators for edges.

Big cube last layer in reduction should also be explored some, maybe some methods that aren't affected by parity as much should be developed.
