been able to solve a 3x3 for a while now ( Petrus Method )... thought it would be fun to try the larger cubes...
Seems like every video i see of people solving them... they solve the centers first then solve the outside...
wondering if anyone has ever tried solving like the Petrus method with these.... solving from a corner out... Not asking for a guide or anything just curious if anybody else has though of this... and wondering if it can be done as easily as solving centers first...
( I enjoy the intuitive methods more... seems like more of a puzzle for me... don't see the fun in memorizing algorithms... not bashing those who do... i can see how it can be *sort of* necessary to get the speeds i see some people solve at, just stating my opinion ) Haven't looked at any guides for solving them yet i think i'll be able to figure it out myself how to solve them, now understanding how the 3x3x3 works... may take me a week or two but i think it'll be fun... then I'll look at guides....
