I'm sorry if I violated a rule by making this thread but I'm new so I'm still getting used to this. Anyway I'm stuck at about 45-50 seconds my pb is 30 seconds I use a dayan zhanchi and I use cfop. I practice every day. How do I get past this? I've also been solving for three years.

If you've been stuck for so long at that time, it suggests you aren't really practicing, just doing enough solves to maintain a particular pace. Try concentrating on a specific aspect of your solve, eg. the first two layers, and when you've made some good progress, work hard on your OLL stage, for example.
Try and analyse where your weak points are, eg. is there a specific 'pair-creation' step that you struggle to recognise? Do you do far too many unnecessary cube rotations? Then work on that particular case.

Okay thanks I'll try to do about 100 solves a day, would that be enough?
Yeah that should be good enough...
Learn something called 4LLL, its what made me get to 30s

Look up the terms "2 Look PLL" and "2 Look OLL" on google
Go to a video made by ParadoxCubing, its where I learned it from

Also, you have to do something called looking ahead.

Memorize you cross before you do it so you can look for f2l pairs
If you dont do f2l, the look for your corner pieces while your doing your cross.

Basically, what I mean, is keep trying to do the next step in your head before you do it.

This will require you to slow do enough, but keep a fluent and steady pace.

Just plain solving isn't going to help. You need specific practice as said by people above. Do you know CFOP F2L yet? Making pairs and inserting them? I suggest you REALLY focus on this stage, learn to recognize and execute the cases well and incorporate look-ahead (going slowly and looking for the next F2L pair while solving the current one).

I'd like to see a video of your solves. If you've been using CFOP for a really long time every day and have been using F2L pairs and 2-Look OLL/PLL and everything, your recognition should be OK. But I have a feeling you might not be turning properly. You need to use fingertricks and turn with your fingers, not with your entire hand. Maybe look at YouTube videos of cubers averaging 20-30 seconds to see how they turn.

Seems like all the YouTube cubers now adays are around sub 20. I use cfop and f2l I know a few oll algorithms hperm and tperm. Also thanks.

I'll only only be able to remember 1-2 per day though. : /

I went from 2 look to full PLL in one day.... I knew like 6 already so I learnt the rest.
Now I'm just practicing them to get fast.

If you don't have the time, I understand, but try to learn as many as you can... your brain can hold more than you think.

Only reason is because my memory sucks
I'll try though maybe if I get it into muscle memory as fast as possible.

I know hperm and tperm
PLLs practically build off of other algorithims
F perm is T perm with some changes
Na Perm is Jb Perm with a different beginning, then you insert that left over pair.
R perms and Ja perm are very similar
Y perm is 2 OLLs put together.
Z perm is very similar to H perm
The G perms are different versions of each other and are similar
Aa perm and Ab perm are like 3 moves different
R perms is pretty much Ja perm with a small change and a sexy move (R,U,R',U')

As you can see if you learn them in the right order, they build on eachother.

Learn from a video made from a youtuber called Techtopia, he does all 21 algorithims in one video

Jb perm - T perm with last four moves put at the start
Y perm - The R2 in the T perm is R F' F R with moves cancelled. If you look at the T perm as [R U R' U' R' F R F'] [F R U' R' U' R U R' F'], the Y perm is the same thing with the two sections swapped.
Z perm - similar to H perm with the same start.
U perms - Several different fast ones, none are too hard to remember.
F perm - T perm with a setup move at the start and end.
