Hey guys I hope it's ok that I made a new thread about this because I'm not sure what to do about it and I have a few questions.

So my order arrived today including the yuxin 7x7, when I did first turns out of the box I noticed some layers were pretty stiff and others turned pretty smoothly, I'm pretty sure that was normal though. I got to scrambling it for my first solve then it exploded.

Now I'm 90% sure that the cube didn't pop because of my turning, but because of bad tensioning on the red side. (I've seen things like this happen before.)

The following images are what was left of the cube, notice I included images of the red centre piece and a spring next to it:

So correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe what happened is that the red centre was not very well (pretty badly) screwed in, and so when i turned on it, it simply gave way and took out the layers belonging to that side's centre/spring. In a regular pop, should the centre and spring easily come out like that? Or does that confirm my theory?

Changed: I'll only ask for a replacement if there's something wrong with the puzzle

Hey guys I don't know if you know what to do, but when I was screwing the centre back in with the Spring and screw, I thought I may have tightened it too much so I tried to loosen it. This pushed for some reason tightened it more, now it's stuck in there. I tried to unscrew another screw on another side to compare with it and it gets looser as I wanted, but it doesn't come off.
I'm not very good with tools and things, but from the picture the (screw) doesn't look like much of a screw, is there some other way to take it out?

Anyone know anything about what's inside the yuxin 7x7 centres (how to take it apart)?

Or is mine messed up?

Edit: I've looked into it more and more and at this point I'm almost certain there is a defect between the screw/spring or centre on the red side. Any more information is still helpful
