YJ STackmat not Working with Cable

Hi,

I have the YJ Stackmat and I also have a 2.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable (bought from KewbzUK), and for some reason the stackmat isn't connecting properly. I have also tried a cable from amazon but this doesn't work either. The cable is recognized(the computer audio stops playing), but i cannot select it from the menu on CubeDesk. If I try cstimer, then no data is given and nothing happens when I start/stop the timer?

anyone have a similar problem or fix?

Does your computer have a combined microphone and audio port? If so, you’ll want to buy a splitter, such as the one linked below. If not, double-check to make sure you’re putting it in the microphone port, and not the audio port.
