[confused]???

If I interpret your question in the way that you ask it, then I can definitely provide help:

-------------------------------------

Rules to do L moves:
1) Hold the cube with your right hand, make sure that the left face is still able to be turned.
2) Generally place your left hand on the left face and squeeze your fingers together as if you were going to make a fist. At some point your fingers will touch the puzzle. At this point do not keep trying to squeeze more, or the cube may break.
3) Move your left hand, either by turning the wrist or moving your fingers one way and your thumb the other way. Don't stop squeezing your fingers together to try and make a fist. That last part is crucial for this step.
4) Hold your right hand still while you do step #3.
5) Enjoy your new L face move :)

Just turn the left face clockwise. If it's L', turn it counterclockwise.

You know, I can understand requests for video tutorials to perform an algorithm or explain a method. But a video showing how to do a single move? Really?

As long as the correct face gets turned in the correct direction, there's not really a right or wrong way. What works for someone else may not necessarily work for you. Figure out what is comfortable and works well for you and your cube.

Or is the direction what you're confused about? If you're confused about which way is clockwise, look directly at the face and determine which way is clockwise. Note that L and R move in "opposite" directions to each other.

OMG thank you Chris! I've been doing L moves wrong all along! Previously I was doing z2 and then performing the same steps you outlined with my right hand! With practice, this will be much faster. :)

You could follow the z2 with an x2 so that the U face is still on top. Less confusion that way :p

@userman: I hope you realize that the reason you're getting the replies you're getting is that we're all confused on what exactly you're asking for in this post. If you want better responses from us, then please reply with another post that is more clear on what exactly you're wanting to know more about.
