Worlds 2025 registration in 4 phases, with varying qualifying times

It seems like there was a registration crash(I didn't see this but there was a WST statement about this on the WCA forum) which lasted for 40 minutes, because of human error. It's fixed now though, and as of now 515 competitors have registered for Worlds 2025!
