Will anyone break current record for 3x3 besides Feliks himself?

OK. Just forget about the record. How would you describe a solve, which has 2 moves cross, 4 4moves c/e pair, sune OLL and H PLL? That's non lucky, but really lucky :)
Especially when your lookahead is insane, and there is no pause in your execution.

I hope you realize theres a difference between non-lucky, and full step

Intelligence has almost nothing to do with solving talent.

Maybe not 'talent' but you have to be intelligent in order to be disciplined and reflexive while practicing, if you aren't good at learning from your mistakes you won't go far at all.

Raw talent probably has a little to do with 'spatial IQ' (whatever that means) and a lot to do with natural dextrous ability.

I think it could be an octopus. They can assign a tentacle to each side 0_0

Well Anthony Brooks might beat the WR with even more practice because he was skilled and lucky enough to get a sub 5 which was awesome!!!! lol

He would need to practice ALOT but even then, he said that solve was extremely lucky

While you're absolutely correct, Stuart, I must say that I am a big fan of yours. Your 2x2 BLD videos are truly inspirational.

This video below, for instance, is monumental. I'm literally flabbergasted.

INCREDIBLEEEEE!!!!!1!!!!1!

Anthony, you're right, that video is truly inspiring. I'm going to drop everything and learn how to inspect before BLD solves. Thanks for the motivation!

At the end of the video above he says to "stay tuned for [his] memorization tutorial." I AM STAYING TUNED.
I love this guy. I encourage everyone to check out his other videos, too. He brings me almost as much happiness as lolben back in the day. <3 :)

Heh. I love how he has a "how I get 3 second solves on 2x2 with only 5 months practise" video, but he has a 3.xx average of 5 with 3 lucky solves video too.

That video is pretty lol, too. All he says is to "practice a lot" repeatedly and his explanation of why he doesn't want to learn EG-1 doesn't make sense. Also, "Fawz" is pretty priceless.

If Faz can get 5.66, Some other species on earth can also and will get one day. (i bet 100 dollars that there will be a sub5 before i die)

What about Aliens? E.T. has a glowing finger. I mean, come on! Can you do that? Maybe it's lighting up because he is moving it at the speed of light. That would give him the potential to be a faster cuber than Feliks. Unless his finger glows just like a lame firefly, then he's able to do it.

Think outside the box... errr... Earth.

We were talking about this on irc.
So lol.
