Who and when will the first sub-10 OH average happen?

I think Feliks will get it and he will do it in less then 6 months.

Unless Feliks practices more OH, Max will probably get it. It's definitely Max's best event.

At the rate Max Park has been improving his official times my vote is always for him between 0-6 months.

Actually, if see Max's spreadsheet with his PBs, OH seems to be the event in which he has been improving the least over the last months. His Avg12, Avg50 and Avg100 PBs are still from February, while all his other PBs are from June or July.
