White cube Stickers

I'm considering buying my first DIY.
I'm still using a basic storebought and it locks alot, the stickers are peeling off, it doesn't cut corners at all. Generally quite annoying.
I figure, for the small price they cost, I may as well buy a nice cube.

I was considering the new Cube4You brand DIY, the video review of it seems to be very complimentary.

The one thing i'm wondering is, since it doesn't come in Black yet, I'd have to buy a white one. Which I don't mind.

But i'm wondering, firstly, does the DIY set come with stickers itself?
And will it have black stickers, seeing as it's a white cube I would imagine so.

Secondly, will having a black side completely mess with my recognition since I'm so used to using white for my cross.

And thirdly, if I were to sticker it with a white side, does having a white side on a white cube make any difference to recognition? Would it just be better to get used to a black side?

Thanks.

I don't think it'll make too much of a difference since you're just replacing a colour and not changing its entire colour scheme. It may take a while to get used to though, but it shouldn't be too hard

My main speedcube is orange, (it has orange stickers on one side), and it doesn't affect my recognition at all. The orange plastic took me a few solves to get used to, but the orange stickers are just like orange stickers on any other cube.

Personally, when I got a gray-scale cube, it kinda messed with my recognition of the colors for about the first ~10 solves, even so, it's hard because all of the grays are really close together...
I would suggest not stickering a white cube with white, but to sticker one a different side with black (instead of yellow). It's easier to solve black as yellow (also it's hard to see yellow on a white BG) than solve black as white. @.@

I use a green cube as my main cube (really all my cubes lol) and I have no recognition problems. It can be strange at first but you will get used to it very shortly. Now I use green just as well as I use black.
My old speedcube was a white cube and I put black stickers on the white face and I had no trouble at all in adjusting. It may be because I was already used to green cubes but I didn't have any troubles.
However to help you out even more I was just on cubefans (basically the same page as c4y they are run by the same guy) and on that page they have an option to buy many more colors then just the 6 on cube4you. I don't know if this was just some kind of page default and these colors arent really available or what because there are no pictures of the black but there is a box to click saying you want a black one.
Edit: It can be hard to navigate the cubefans site and I can't find a lot of products excpet when I see them in related products so here is the link to buy the new c4y cube on cubefans http://cubefans.com/cube4you-3x3x3-cube-p-104.html

Oh sweet, they've put up new colours.

Those weren't on there yesterday. I'll buy a black one then, will just be easier.
They do come with stickers right?

Although I am tempted to get a white one just for the novelty :P

Yes, in my post I say that Cube4you and Cubefans are run by the same person.
I haven't specifically gotten cubes from c4y in a while but whenever I have bought a DIY cube recently I always got 7 colors so you could chose white or black. So yes, they do come with stickers.
