Where to start learning Full OLL

You seem to be missing the all corners oriented "H" case, inverse of your "Manta"

other than that it's not bad. I like the (R U R' U) (Sledge) (R U2 R') alg for the "Y" OLL, aka fish on teh wiki.

It should be adjacent to the Manta, on the left, right under "T basic" (the F SM F' shape). I like that alg as well with the kite shape that's R U2 R' SH R U2 R'. The first R' and the R' in SH makes a smooth R2', which is nice. I love how many OLLs share such similar algs, but learn it too fast and you'll take a recog hit like I did :P

I agree, I'm almost done learning the dot OLL's and it has already improved my times by removing those long 2LOLL-no-adjacent-edge algorithms. But I still suck... (33.5 PB)

Some would suggest to use partial edge control during F2L to avoid getting dot cases. If you don't want to use edge control though, I still suggest learning dot cases first, then the hardest algs to remember. Most of these OLLs are easy, but when you start filling your head with them it will make the hard ones harder.

Time isn't all algs. I used 2LOLL and 2LPLL and intuitive F2L, my PB is 30.168

Obviously time isn't only about algs, as Erik showed a sub20 average video on YouTube. Since there is a time, though, that algs do matter, and you're going to learn full OLL anyway, why not do it strategically and as soon as possible so that way your recognition doesn't affect your time when you get down to sub20/15/13/10 etc?

My theory was to learn them all as soon as I could (though no more than 3-4 a day or I found it hard remembering them the next day), so I knew full OLL while I was still ~50seconds. The idea being, I'm going to be doing thousands of solves to practice my F2L before I'm in the 20's, so why not be also working on my OLL recognition and execution at the same time. Seems more efficient than deliberately waiting.

I also thought learning the dot cases first would improve my 2Look OLL most. But this i a pessimistic aproach, I don't like being pessimistic. I never learnd them finally. :)

learn badmepisto's olls i knew 18 olls a week and 2 days ago and now with his website i know 50 or 51
