Work on executing your PLLs for smoothness, then worry about turn speed. Lock ups kill your PLL times, eliminating those will be your biggest help to being able to decrease the time it takes to execute. Unfortunately, you are asking for advice on some of the easiest PLLs, so at this point it's nothing more than just practicing your execution and smoothness.
Edit:
I suppose I should also tell you to learn how to execute it with proper fingertricks now, so that you don't get into a bad habit. Watch other PLL execution videos on YouTube to get a feel for how to execute PLLs. Find ways to execute PLLs to avoid regrips as much as possible (you have a lot of them in T), and try to make it so that when you regrip, you are doing a move with the other hand (so that way the regrip doesn't actually take time, it's done while something else is being done).
