When will the v-cube company release their v-cube 4?

I think we should all just be patient. I mean the maru 4x4 is really good already so do we really need a v-cube 4? Want? Yes, but need? No.
I'm sure v-cubes has a plan as to how they will release their cubes, so, again, I think we just need to be patient.

if i didn't have problem with maru, i would not ask when a v-cube 4 will be released.
peoples just says "hey that's a v-cube copy!" for maru.

I'm annoyed by people saying those things but, how could I get the V-cube 4 ones?

And I don't think that It's coming soon or what because everyone said that, when they update their website and they still didn't release it yet till now.

Yeah, I think everyone should just stick to Rubik's brand. We don't need better cubes, sure it'll improve times and more records will be set, but we don't need record anyway. You know what, we don't need WCA either. In fact, I'm pretty sure we'd all be doing find without cubing.

V-Cubes has kind of teased us for awhile. The V2, V4, and V6b have all been on the website for quite some time (pretty sure over a year now). As stated in previous posts, Andy Vorhees ballparked November (I think) or before the new year starts. Any Vorhees is the director of sales for V-Cubes North America (most of those who went to Nationals should have noticed / heard that V-Cubes set up a distribution center here in the US).

yep V-Cubes annoy us for that, they said that a V2,V3,V4,V6b,V8,V9,V10 and V11 are "coming soon." That text is there for almost 2 years now

Well i think i should have been buying maru for a long time ago. I shouldn't care about people saying "A V-cube 4 Copy" or something like that, because it is possible that v-cube will NEVER release a V4 (or other stuff that they have planned to release)

Okay guys, calm down. It took many years for the V-Cube 5, 6, & 7 to come out. You can see on the website that the patent was created in 2003. The V-Cubes then came out June 19th, 2008. (& yes, I've never forgotten the date since.) So with the success of those V-Cubes, The company WILL make the other V-Cubes. But if it took them 5 years to make the first round, it will probably be a little less the second time around. So 3 or even 4 years is a understandable amount of time to release more cube. Remember that the website currently says, "...we want you to know that new cube concepts, sizes and themes are 'in the making.'..."

Over a year ago, Pantazis, (the inventor of the Cubedron), posted this thread on TwistyPuzzles:
http://www.twistypuzzles.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&p=169449
He says that they are also working to eliminate the clicking. But since people *cough*likesomeofyouguys*cough* flamed them for taking 5 years to release the first cubes, I'm sure they wanted to release the worlds first 6x6 without working out the inner mechanism problem. So once their budget allows new molds & more research, they WILL release a clickless V-Cube 4, 6, & 6b. As Pantazis has also said on TwistyPuzzles, they are taking proper steps to release each new puzzles in high quality.

whose flaming? me? I'm just asking here and I didn't know if v-cubes exist when they release V5,6 and 7 for the first time.

Okay, all we are going do is be patient?

Now, I could basically think that they will release it but a long time maybe 2-3 years from now.
I could also think that they would make a research about the cubes, so they'll release a cube which is good for speedcubers here

I find it funny that MM&Pi only shows up when there's a v cube discussion and makes himself feel superior to others by showing off that he follows Verdes every step on twistypuzzles. I might as well just ask dankoen.

Well okay, I suppose this thread hasn't ventured much onto the negative side. I suppose I was referring more to negative comments and messages I've gotten on YouTube.

Actually, it was first published in March when the new website was launched. Before that, they said,
http://www.rxdeath.com/vc/products.html said:
These unique V-CUBES will be available for V-CUBE fans in the upcoming future. So, keep connected!!!
(The website I quoted from still has the first version of the V-Cube website for some reason.)

Yes, all I'm asking is for people to be patient, & not rush out and by inferior KO's. But remember that it has been 2 years, 3 months since they're first release. So I think it's likely that they will release the cubes within a year. (Which goes with what a few people said here too.) But it's still possible that they could take longer.

Yes, admittedly, about half the posts I make here are related to V-Cubes. Now that I'm college, I don't really have time to comment on anything less important then V-Cubes. I'm sorry if it feels like I'm "showing off" when I start listing off facts. I just want to make sure rumors don't start spreading.

You're not showing anything off, you're just always there to hammer us down about discussing knockoffs or discussing the future of the V-cube.
Edit:
Yes, all I'm asking is for people to be patient, & not rush out and by inferior KO's.

This is an opinion on quality. Some would agree the opposite.

To tell you the truth, I don't really care if my puzzle is a KO or not. As long as a get a good puzzle I like. Some people take this issue too seriously. Look at all the pirated movies/games/entertainment etc on the internet for free.

what? any KO's aren't KO since V-cube 4 isn't relased?

Whenever the hell they want to.

Whenever the hell? So What?

So if I steal someone's V-Cube it's considered a knock-off?

It doesn't matter if it's released, it's patented. If it violates the copyright of the patent, it is now a knock off.

On the other hand, I just emailed Andy Vorhees to see if he can give me anymore information about them since it's in pretty good contact with Konstatinos, and I know he's also had contact with Patagones (spelling?). Yes, I realize Konstantinos runs the business now, before that gets pointed out.

maybe v-cubes wait us to force them, they won't release a v-cube 4 before we force them to do so, (then we should force them). Umm wait, yeah anything can be true.
