Hi Speedsolving! I joined the board over a year ago but I haven't posted much. Just went back to cubing, and I thought I might ask a question for y'all: What's your all-time favourite cube-related video?

My vote would be the legendary 7.08 single by Erik Akkersdijk, I know Felik is better and all, but there's something about so old-school and classic about this video that it's my favourite.

THIS ISN'T A VIDEO TOPIC.

Good choice; that solve is indeed legendary.

Mine would have to be the 41/41 MBLD world record. It's just so far away from any other competitor in that event. Also, the 100% success rate is incredible. Everything down to the +2 on the last cube just made me love it.

Alex Lau 5.11 -- such a beautiful solve with practically no pauses.
Rowe 6.94 -- Rowespeed
Yu Nakajima 8.72 -- Fist pump reaction is classic
Phillip Espinoza Double 8.66 -- Great Reaction: DOUBLE TIME!!

I agree. Maskow's MBLD video is amazing. Besides the solve itself. He almost kills his wife with the sheets and doesn't even know. The music choice is awesome. His memorization dance is very entertaining. And, the +2 just to spice it up.

Since my thread linking to my video was deleted, I am going to say that my video called "Jason reviews the Moyu Aolong" is my favorite. I'm not going to link to it but you can search for it if you're curious.

I made it primarily for the people on this forum so it makes me mad that I can't show it to people.

Can't count how many times I have watched

What a speedcuber sees when he solves the Rubik's cube.

It's just incredible what goes on his 9 seconds (and even less, for others)!!

That's a really good one!

I'm also a huge fan of Mats Valk's walkthru solves, replayed in slow-mo on GoPro.

Also any video of Sebastian getting a 4x4 WR. Leaves me speechless every time.

And like everyone else... I love Maskow's 41/41. I guess I have a lot of favorites.
