Not that old, but for 3x3 I main a Tornado V2. Sadly I don’t really see anyone else main this cube. For 2x2, I think this one is just slightly older, but I main a Gan 249 V2.

I'm kind of in between the V2 and V3 right now. Dont know why but my V2 suddenly feels really bad and I cant seem to fix it, so currently I'm oscillating between the two.Not that old, but for 3x3 I main a Tornado V2. Well, I've heard that the V2 had an issue where the magnets fall into the corners and that it needed to be cleaned frequently, if that helpsI'm kind of in between the V2 and V3 right now. Magnets fall into the corners? What do you mean? As in, the just “fall” from their place and just stay inside the corner?Well, I've heard that the V2 had an issue where the magnets fall into the corners and that it needed to be cleaned frequently, if that helps
Yeah, I‘ve used my V2 extensively, so I don’t think it will ever feel the exact same, but it still performs pretty good.I'm kind of in between the V2 and V3 right now. Dont know why but my V2 suddenly feels really bad and I cant seem to fix it, so currently I'm oscillating between the two.
Yeah, the clips that hold the capsules in the corners are pretty weak and flex but don't break, so if the cube is dropped the capsules will dislodge internally and click to another capsule within the corners. It happens with the V3 as well.Magnets fall into the corners? What do you mean? As in, the just “fall” from their place and just stay inside the corner?
So that’s what happened, early on I’ve gotten this magnet in a corner that makes a “click!” Noise everytime it touches another magnet.Yeah, the clips that hold the capsules in the corners are pretty weak and flex but don't break, so if the cube is dropped the capsules will dislodge internally and click to another capsule within the corners. I had this issue with my own TV2 (until I traded it for a YJ MGC 6x6) and I just opened the corner cap, pushed out the faulty capsule with a screwdriver into the piece put a tiny drop of superglue around the rim of the corner opening, put the magnet back in, and that fixed it.So that’s what happened, early on I’ve gotten this magnet in a corner that makes a “click!” Noise everytime it touches another magnet.
