So at last i am sub 1min now and normally my avg is b.w 52-57sec . Now i feel that i am still slow so what more can i do to improve my time? i use f2l+2look oll and pll

Get better with the method you know.
Practice look ahead and get your recognition time for algorithms down.
Usually a lot of time is spent on F2L, if you are able to cut that down it'll be easier.

It's pretty easy to average sub-30 with what you know, so you should shoot for that.

thanks chris i am slow at f2l when it comes to recognizing the pairs . What should i do? and any tips for look ahead?

Just practice. At 5x seconds average all you really need to do is solve over and over. Look ahead is pointless when you're still not comfortable with F2L.

Not a good idea to start practicing look-ahead until you pretty much get the muscle memory to solve one pair while looking for another.

i have been practicing almost 100 or more solves everyday :( . Just made it so that i might get motivated

No need for lookahead as people have said. Instead, get comfortable with recognizing cases, and feel free to solve each pair in bursts.
Usually, slow/smooth is better than bursts with pauses, but if you're aiming for sub 30 (which I think you should), then it's more important that you can execute the cases via muscle memory.

Just practice. For me, once I got faster than 50 seconds, I dropped way down to 30 seconds. I was in the 40 second range for maybe a single day.
