hi, i'm gonna be in a car for 10 hours, and i was wondering what i should learn during this 10hours. im also going to be on plane for 3hours.

i'm averaging 35seconds with Cross, intuitive f2l, 2 look oll, pll

-should i go memorize all 57 olls? which ones?

-learn bld?? I'm going to need to print a page because i wont have internet access in the car. what guide should i follow? good written guides because i wont be able to ask questions if im stuck on something( cant do videos, no laptop)

- roux? petrus? i also need good written guides

-f2l algs?

i'm only going to bring 3x3x3.
so yeah, just wondering what i should do during these boring 10hour drive.

hmm, the printable pdf file is saying that the memorization part is imcomplete, is this part neccesary? or is it just telling u the memorization techniques and stuff like that. cuz i would need to know how to memorize and what to memorize.

oh and do u reccodemend any good text petrus or roux guides?

How about practice looking ahead? By going slow that is.... If you keep doing that during the 5 hours, maybe you cn drop your average... If not bringthe 7 series of harry potter and read them all.....

Oh and if you are going to unfamiliar place, bring and read the guide.....

Lastly, for OLL, I learn the one with L and cross first since they are my common cases.

The memo section is incomplete, but that isn't necessary to learn it. Check the Memory Methods sticky for more details on your memo options. I would recommend (after you get the bld-method itself down!) assigning each piece a letter and using images or PAO and throwing them into roman rooms. But that isn't necessary at all to do bld.

I wish I had that 10 hours. Unfortunately, on our 9 hour trip to Atlanta, I'll be driving. So I can't do that 2-7 BLD relay I would otherwise be able to do. :)

But seriously, that's about how long it took me to go through Macky's document and learn to solve BLD. It was a couple more days before I got my first successful one, but I knew how after about 10 hours. The document has changed a bit and has more in it, so I'm not sure if I would be able to learn it all that quickly now, but it does seem like a reasonable match for the time you have. So I (being overwhelmingly biased towards BLD) would highly recommend learning BLD from the printed version of Macky's document.

If you want to learn Pochmann for BLD Joel Van Noort has a very good guide on his site that you could print out to learn. He also has OLL's orginized nicely for memorizing.
I don't know good written guides for Petrus and Roux... You could just write down the steps and figure it our yourself?
BLD or OLL is best to learn tho I think.
