fingertricks. definitely fingertricks. and get some lubix, and learn how to lube it correctly. possibly get a dayan guhong or dayan lingyun. i average about 20-25 seconds using what i just mentioned.

You need to learn to use your fingers, not your wrists. I've never seen someone solve it that fast with no fingertricks, except for Fridrich.

you seem to do really fast U turns with your right hand finger, but for U' you do right hand wrist turns... try to do left hand finger flicks for U'

1)Finger tricks! Find tutorials for some like camcuber's.
2)I don't mean to criticize you, but the ShengEn F-II comes prelubed by the company, unless you got it as a DIY kit somewhere....
3)What method are you using?

Im hard to do the D, D' using finger tricks

Use your ring fingers.

I use an unlubed cube (A5), and average 50-55 sec.

You can reduce the number of turns (y & y') during F2L as they take time. Learn to insert the pairs not only in front of you but at the back as well.
Once your cube is lubed, you'll find it much easier to perform fingertricks.

You should also build the cross at the bottom (or at one side) and not at the top.

your right my cube is prelubed when I bought it but after two weeks of straight use the lube gets dry.I used Fridrich method
