What should I do with project tempest?

What should I do to continue?

As you may have read, project tempest is starting to fall apart. As it may seem, things are starting to really slow down, and I'm feating the projects safety. So, I do have several options on how I can continue.

A: wait for my personal team to band up
B:work on this directly with qiyi.
C: develop the tempest with Cubicle Labs (the cubicle warehouse and office is less than 20 minutes away from my home)

So... what should I do?
 
If you've got the opportunity to work with the cubicle, from everything I've seen that is an opportunity not to be missed! Would it be possible to start more or less at the beginning and maybe design the first cube intended for mass production as a magnetic cube? I know Gans has the first mass produced magnetic, but if you could make the magnetic equivalent to, say a thunderclap: cheap, but still good enough to compete for the best.
 
Yeah. I think my idea for pseudo cap slips (chis would get it) could support magnets, and having slots for magnets would be great. Giving someone an option if they wanted their cube magnetic or not would be great!
 
The project only dies when everyone has left. You clearly haven't left, so the project is not dead yet. Some people will leave, new people will come on board. If you just wait for others, nothing will happen. I'm not going to vote, because I think it's a decision you'll have to make based on who's willing to work with you. But my advice is, whatever you choose to do, do not choose the first option.

Wow! I see high sup port for me and the cubicle. Hopefully they will allow it.

Andrew/Abo is coming back after two weeks because of robotics. Even if cubicle labs did accept, I would've still kept close contact wit him and designing. So I'm sticking with him. He is more of a friend than a business partner to me.
 
Actually, kinda relieved I disn't get a yes from cubicle labs. This is a community project, not a cubicle labs project. This us what makes it unique, and continuing this with Gans strips my element.

Speaking of which, anyone have ideas for skewb? ;)
 
Didn't want to say anything at first, but I chose the first option. My team (or the three active members, me abo and iamspeedsolving) have became more like friends.

Not sure where turnn'burn or penguins don't fly have gone, but yeah. We will do our best :)
